Dr. Brian Golden is Board-Certified in Urology. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Washington (Seattle), he attended the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine. He then completed two years of general
surgery and four years of urology residency at the University of Colorado Health Science Center in Denver. He subsequently completed the high-volume clinical fellowship in laparoscopic and robotic surgery with Urology San Antonio in Texas. This extensive training and subsequent surgical experience combine to make Dr. Golden one of the most experienced surgeons in the Southwest U.S. in robotic prostatectomy and laparoscopic kidney and adrenal surgery. Dr. Golden joined the Urology Institute of Nevada in 2007. Services are provided at offices in Las Vegas, Henderson, and Pahrump, Nevada. Dr. Golden is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Urological Association (AUA), Western Section of the AUA, the Endourological Society, and the American Association of Clinical Urologists (AACU).
Dr. Golden sees patients at the following offices:
- St.Rose, San Martin Medical Office Building, easily accessible from I-215.
- Advanced Medical Center in Pahrump.
- Da Vinci robotic cases are performed at either St. Rose, Siena Campus or Summurlin Hospital. He has privileges at most of the area hospitals and accepts all major insurance plans (except HMOs).
- Certain special tests, such as urodynamics are performed at the Green Valley Office in Henderson.
