The physicians of the Urology Institute of Nevada provide diagnostic and treatment services at offices in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. They provide the most up-to-date medical and surgical management of disorders of the male and female urinary tract (kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra), male reproductive system (prostate, seminal vesicles, vas deferens, penis, scrotum, testes, and epididymes), and also treat male factor infertililty.
Common urologic problems include kidney stones, benign prostate enlargement (BPH), erectile dysfunction, and all urologic cancers. Common female urology problems include urinary incontinence (involuntary leakage), overactive bladder, and vaginal prolapse (cystocele and/or rectocele).
Minimally invasive surgery including robotic prostatectomy for prostate cancer and laparoscopic surgery for kidney cancer is an area of emphasis for Dr.Brian Golden.
Cystoscopy (bladder scope), prostate ultrasound with biopsy, no-needle no-scalpel vasectomy, and prostate thermotherapy (TUMT) are procedures performed in our offices.
